Anthony Robert Parenti, Certified Public Accountant of Parenti Consulting. Mr. Parenti received his B.S. Degree in Accounting from Villanova University and his M.S. Degree in Taxation from Temple University. He is an Entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax, financial services and retirement plan administration. He has extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration.

He is an expert in multi-state tax manangment and Pennsylvania state and local taxes. As a consultant, Mr. Parenti serves commercial clients in the Greater Metropolitan Philadelphia Area as a controller/tax advisor. He is experienced with consolidating spreadsheets and models, with some SEC reporting background. He is a business development officer, technology advisor and tax research consultant. Mr. Parenti also prepares and reviews corporation and individual tax returns.

In addition, Mr. Parenti is a trainer and consultant of Peachtree and Quickbooks accounting software, and he is a discussion leader and seminar developer for various multi-state tax programs. Mr. Parenti has been involved in extensive negotiations and representation before the various federal, state, local tax departments and collection agencies on behalf of clients. He participates in promo-forma financial reporting for private placement offerings and business plans for start up clients in need of venture capital. He also assists clients with bank financing, and financial forcasts and budgeting.
